PARKING AND MORE

Within the building there is a garage area of about 20 m2 which is intended to accommodate 1 vehicle or, if desired, a few motorcycles, and in front of the garage it is possible to park another larger vehicle.

The garage is equipped with electric doors which are controlled via a pendant-shaped remote control. The same remote control can also operate sliding doors in the yard driveway. It can also be operated from the vehicle in front of the building or from the building itself. The garage has a one-phase and three-phase connection for chargers of electric vehicles: scooters and cars.

Due to a higher standard of charging stations, vehicles that are charged from an electrical source need to have their own type 1 or 2 charger. Smaller vehicles, such as scooters, can be charged at any time of the day. It is recommended to charge larger vehicles at night due to higher available power, and therefore faster charging.

Audio/video equipment

  • All rooms are equipped with TVs where you can watch the terrestrial and satellite program. The residence has a large central TV with an audio receiver
  • Living room and terrace sound is provided by the sound speakers mounted on the ceiling
  • The terrace is equipped with a contemporary HD projector and a large canvas that drops automatically when the projector is turned on
  • Multimedia content can be played from the living room or the terrace through wall HDMI sockets
  • Lighting

  • All rooms are equipped with main and indirect LED lighting. All technical facilities, covered and uncovered outdoor areas, work surfaces, the barbecue grill and other areas are equipped with lighting.
  • Lighting is controlled via wall-mounted push-buttons or a smart home application on the user's tablet / smartphone.
  • Outdoor lighting is switched on and off automatically depending on daylight, but it is also possible to manually control it via wall buttons and through the application.
  • Lighting scenes are defined within the smart home application: central shutdown, watching TV, viewing projections, and so on. Control of all lights is possible from the entrance hall (through the wall-mounted system).
  • Heating

  • Zone control system: each room has its own thermostat and it is possible to set separate temperature conditions
  • All bathrooms are also individually heated
  • The management of each heating zone is accomplished through a wall thermostat or via a smart home application on the user's tablet / smartphone
  • Cooling

  • Zone control system: each room has its own air conditioning unit and it is possible to set separate temperature conditions
  • Management of each cooling zone (air conditioner) is done locally by remote controls
  • Additional control of the main air conditioning unit in a remote room: tablet / smartphone via a smart home application
  • Swimming pool

  • The pool is heated by its own heating system and can be used at any time of year
  • Direct access to the pool is possible from all bedrooms and outdoor terraces
  • The pool is equipped with jets for hydro massage and indoor lighting so bathing is comfortable during the night
  • Access

  • Entrance to the courtyard of the building is via a pedestrian gate and door driveway with an electric drive. It is possible to monitor the status of openness of both doors without the need to appear in the court via an application.
  • Entrance to the garage is through the garage roller doors with an electric drive
  • The gateway door and garage doors are controlled is via a common remote control
  • Electrical driveway and garage doors are equipped with sensors to stop working in the event of encountering an obstacle
  • Video intercom

  • Video interaction features are enabled on the panel (iPad) and smartphone within the smart home application. A video voice connection is made with the visitor at the pedestrian entrance and the opening of the courtyard doors without the need of going to the yard.
  • The baby sleeps scene: by activating this scene within the smart home application, it is possible to disable the intercom ringing within the given period. The scene is simply controlled by pressing the button within the application and setting the time in which the silent mode is desired.
  • Technical protection systems

  • The facility is protected by a security system and environmental monitoring. Arm / disarm security is easily operated via pocket pins without the need for a keypad and password memory.
  • Automatic shutdown of the main water valve in case of flooding is enabled. Arm / disarm is easily operated via pocket pins without the need for a keypad and password memory.

  • The kitchen and the engine room are equipped with smoke detectors
  • The facility is protected by a video surveillance system consisting of 8 HD cameras. Most cameras are distributed over the facade of the building, and one camera is located in the pool's engineering room
  • Pedestrian entrance to the yard, area around the house, the pool zone, etc. are also monitored.
  • Other

  • The building has an indoor and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave oven, an induction hotplate and a large refrigerator.
  • The outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator and barbecue with fireplace lighting
  • Laundry room has a washing machine and dryer
  • The garage is equipped with a connector for charging an electric scooter
  • The garden is equipped with an irrigation system for horticulture.
