If you want to spend a vacation in a villa equipped to the very last detail, then Villa Trebocconi is the right choice for you. It is located in the beautiful and peaceful bay Sovlja, in the small fishing town of Tribunj.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has a TV and a Wi-Fi Internet. The floors are made of high-quality ceramics and the whole house has underfloor heating. All rooms are air-conditioned. Each room has access to a heated infinity pool.

On the terrace there is a large table for 10 people, a barbecue and a canvas with a projector, where you can watch sports or movies with your guests. The house surrounding is planted with ornamental plants and shrubs. There is also a small garden with pickled vegetables. The house can accommodate 8 adults (or two families, each with two children). It is located 200 meters from the sea, in a quiet environment.

The villa is called Trebocconi because it is an old Venetian name for Tribunj, and in translation it means 3 pieces, which is also the number of sons the owners have.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are decorated in a minimalistic style, each room has Wi-Fi and its own TV. They are airy with a view of the pool.
The swimming pool is accessible from all bedrooms.

  • All rooms are equipped with TVs where you can watch the terrestrial and satellite program. The residence has a large central TV with an audio receiver
  • Living room and terrace sound is provided by the sound speakers mounted on the ceiling
  • The terrace is equipped with a contemporary HD projector and a large canvas that drops automatically when the projector is turned on
  • Multimedia content can be played from the living room or the terrace through wall HDMI sockets

  • All rooms are equipped with main and indirect LED lighting. All technical facilities, covered and uncovered outdoor areas, work surfaces, the barbecue grill and other areas are equipped with lighting.
  • Lighting is controlled via wall-mounted push-buttons or a smart home application on the user's tablet / smartphone.
  • Outdoor lighting is switched on and off automatically depending on daylight, but it is also possible to manually control it via wall buttons and through the application.
  • Lighting scenes are defined within the smart home application: central shutdown, watching TV, viewing projections, and so on. Control of all lights is possible from the entrance hall (through the wall-mounted system).

  • The baby sleeps scene: by activating this scene within the smart home application, it is possible to disable the intercom ringing within the given period. The scene is simply controlled by pressing the button within the application and setting the time in which the silent mode is desired.

    • Technical protection systems

  • The facility is protected by a security system and environmental monitoring. Arm / disarm security is easily operated via pocket pins without the need for a keypad and password memory.
