The above rates are per villa/1 night, on a week basis.
During the low season a shorter stay is available at request.

A security deposit of EUR 1,000.00 has to be paid upon arrival.
(30% payment required to guarantee the booking with the remaining balance due upon check-in. The deposit is non-refundable. If any damage to the house or furniture is noted upon the check-out visit, a deposit of up to EUR 1,000 will be required )

One-off final cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 will be charged extra

The tourist tax is charged separately
